Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Follow-Up
Patients commencing HRT will be reviewed after approximately three months, with ongoing follow-up tailored to individual needs and long-term management.

Postmenopause refers to the stage after menopause, when periods have stopped for 12 months or more. While some symptoms may improve over time, ongoing hormonal changes can continue to affect long-term health and wellbeing.
